Kerry brings valuable expertise in reservoir engineering, technical leadership, and energy transition initiatives, specialising inreservoir analytics and field development optimisation.
Kerry began his career as a reservoir engineer at EpicConsulting Services in 2003, gaining technical experience across projects in the western Canadian sedimentary basin and internationally. He became a partner within four years and played a key role in the firm's acquisition by Baker Hughes in 2009. At Baker Hughes, Kerry advanced to General Manager roles in Calgary and London while serving as a reservoir engineering expert on international projects.
In 2016, Kerry joined Crescent Point Energy as Reservoir Engineering Manager, where he led subsurface teams contributing to corporate planning, budgeting, field development optimisation, and M&A activities.
After seven years of operator experience, Kerry returned to consulting to lead the Gaffney Cline office in Houston, focusing on Oil/Gas and Energy Transition projects. Most recently, he gained industrial decarbonisation experience at Holcim, developing CCUS strategy in several North American plants.
Kerry is a professional engineer with a BSc in Chemical Engineering (Gold Medal) from the University of Calgary and an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School. He is a published author in SPE and JPT publications and has served as an adjunct professor at Imperial College London and the University of Calgary.
